NINTENDO PLAYING CARDS

Playing cards based on characters form Nintendo’s games and designed by the American artist Benjamin Arce (benarce).

Nintendo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese multinational consumer electronics company and one of the world’s largest video game companies. Originally it was founded as a card company in late 1889.

Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong

These characters are from the Donkey Kong series of arcade games developed by Nintendo. The first arcade game was created by Shigeru Miyamoto and released in 1981.

DeviantART: Zelda Poker Card Set by Nelde

This is Zelda Poker Playing Card Set designed by a Swiss artist, Nelde (nickname). He produced his first edition of the decks. But then Fangamer.net, a site devoted to joy of video games, helped to produce the set professionally due to involvement of the United States Playing Card Company into the printing process. The second edition of these decks was named The Cards of Legend. Red and Blue deck were printed.

The Legend of Zelda is the Nintendo’s action-adventure video game series. Game designers, Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka, created the first game in the series. It was released in 1986. The Legend of Zelda games feature a mixture of action, puzzles, adventure/battle gameplay, exploration, and questing.
