DeviantART: Playing Cards by Ingrid Tan

This royal pair, the King of Diamonds and the Queen of Diamonds, was designed by a Philippine artist, Ingrid Tan (IngridTan). The queen seems to be quite happy. Maybe it’s because she is a pretty girl like Ingrid. The king is definitely upset. Maybe because of the queen’s endless shopping… maybe because of the indices inside the frame… or maybe because he has cut off his own feet. Who knows?

DeviantART: Pin-Up Playing Cards by Jeff Chapman

These are Pin-Up playing card Queens created by an American artist, Jeff Chapman (Jeffach). He is a big admirer of women proceeding from his artworks. The queens happened to be vivid with substantial tattoos. Bathroom is quite intimate place to meet them. But don’t be sure that you have been able to catch these ladies unawares 🙂 … and the Queen of Diamonds is such a queen of diamonds – she doesn’t part with her diamonds even in her shower.

Bēhance: Gill Sans Typographic Playing Cards by Steve Abercrombie

Steve Abercrombie, an American artist, designed these Gill Sans Typographic Playing Cards as a project for SCAD’s (Savannah College of Art and Design) typography course.  The task was to create a full set of playing cards based on a specific typeface – classic type of typographic playing cards. Steve used Gill Sans typeface. Playing cards weren’t produced.
