Dave Ufford designed his own deck of transformation playing cards (EclecDeck) and is raising funds to publish a limited edition of 500 decks of his drawings of transformation planning cards. The EclecDeck – a showcase for 54 works of art (including the jokers).
A transformation playing card (sometimes referred to as a transformation deck when assembled into a complete set) is a type of playing card where an artist incorporates the pips of the non-face cards into an artistic design. In a classical transformation playing card, the pips retain their standard position and coloration on the card. In some variations, the pips may be different in size, location or color. Kickstarter: Royal Optik Playing Cards by Uusi
Two artistic styles – Op Art and Woodcut – come together to create one completely original playing card deck. Uusi (Blue Blood, Bohemia Playing Cards) started its third playing card project on Kickstarter. The deck will be printed by USPCC on Bicycle playing card stock with an Air Cushion Finish.
