Ricky Linn’s first version of Royal Seasons playing cards has already been featured on pages of this site. The artist rethought the concept. He is designing new Royal Seasons #2 playing cards dedicated to his interpretation of classic Anglo-French court cards.
Each suit still carries a season theme: Clubs – spring; Hearts – summer; Spade – fall; Diamond – winter. Complete deck to come at the end of 2014.

Royal Seasons #2 Playing Cards: The King of Clubs
The designer of Good and Evil decks decided to create some beautiful in its craziness design for playing cards. As a result we have Delirium playing cards on Kickstarter. Delirium deck is designed by Thirdway Industries, Giovanni Meroni’s new brand of playing cards. Crazy, stylish, strange, vivid, funny… it’s all about them.
These playing cards are planned to be printed by the Expert Playing Card Company (EPCC). Poker size.
Uusi started their sixth and final playing card project on Kickstarter. Creators of Blue Blood, Blueblood Redux (2nd edition of Blue Blood), Bohemia, Royal Optik, Pagan and Hotcakes Playing Cards, Peter and Linnea traditionally propose an entirely hand-painted deck of playing cards called “Uusi Classic”, the last deck in Uusi’s Six-Deck Series. There will be two decks with the same faces of cards and different colours of backs, Uusi Classic Blue and Uusi Classic Red decks.
These decks are planned to be printed by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC).
Here are several ghost style inspired playing cards from the Chilean artist, Victor Hernan Aravena Leal (VictHernAravnLeal). Joker is represented by some demon. Clubs are ideal pips to imitate gravestones of appropriate shape. All royals are skeletons. The Death has forgotten her scythe on the Ace of Clubs.
